Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

I have seen this recipe all over the internet and in cook books. It works and I stick to it. I don’t use a lot of store bought blends mainly because this recipe works. But also because a lot of them use chickpea flour and Bodie is allergic to chick peas. They key to managing all of these flours is to have containers for each flour. I purchased these from The Container Store and they work great. I purchased the 1.8 qt for the individual flours and the 3.2 qt for the all purpose blend.

1 1/4 cup of brown rice flour
1 1/4 cup of white rice flour
1 cup of sweet rice flour
1 cup of tapioca flour
Scant 2 tsp of xanthan gum
